Michael Swetell stated that he was in the passenger seat arguing with his girl friend Yasmel Garcia-Victoria who was drunk and driving upwards of 100 mph. He said he pulled the emergency brake of the 2002 Honda Civic bring it to a complete stop on I-285 in Cobb County, GA. Dude must have seen the movie Vanilla Sky.
Of course intoxicated, both of them exit the vehicle. The girlfriend is nailed by several cars on the interstate and dies on the scene. The boyfriend drove off to the Waffle House restaurant seeking help. Once there, Flo, Mary Jo, and Billy Earl assisted him. But wait, it gets worst. Not only did he have to stomach being inside of a Waffle House restaurant, he got locked up. Wonder why?
