Dedication is an understatement for the accomplishment of Mike Duff. The Florida native has transformed a 2002 Mercury Cougar into a replica Bugatti Veyron. He did it all by hand. He had the drive and vision that took him 9 months to complete the overhaul. The finish produce is a bit slower and way cheaper than the real Bugatti Veyron. He's put his version up for sale for $89,000.
